Als Finance & Strategy Associate in einem wachsenden, nachhaltigen und finanzstarken Berliner eCommerce Startup arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Gründern zusammen. Gemeinsam mit unserem CFO übernimmst Du Verantwortung für das operative Finanzgeschäft und bist in direktem Austausch mit allen Abteilungen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du unser C-Level-Team aktiv bei der strategischen Ausrichtung von circulee.

Deine Aufgaben

Du kümmerst Dich um unsere tägliche Buchhaltung, behältst den Überblick über Rechnungen und Ausgaben und sorgst dafür, dass alles genau erfasst ist.
Du führst eigenständig Betrugsprüfungen potenzieller Kunden durch und gibst Bestellungen frei.
Mit Deinen Datenanalysen trägst du maßgeblich zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung bei.
Du erstellst verständliche, aussagekräftige Reports und bringst neue Ideen in die Budgetierung und Prognosen ein.
Du managst eigenständig Projekte, z. B. zur Optimierung interner Prozesse.
Du unterstützt unsere Teams mit wertvollen finanziellen Insights, Deinem Know-How und Deiner operativen Hilfe.
In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unserem C-Level-Team arbeitest du an Strategieprojekten, die neues Wachstum für circulee ermöglichen.

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in BWL oder einem verwandten Bereich
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität, Proaktivität und Eigeninitiative
Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on Mentalität
Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere MS Excel
Herausragende Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kontakt- und Kooperationsvermögen
Kenntnisse im Bereich eCommerce sind ein Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
Arbeitsort ist Berlin aufgrund unseres hybriden Arbeitsmodels
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Your tasks

Working directly with circulee's C-level team, you will structure, own and manage key strategic projects that will enable circulee unlock new sources or growth (e.g., developing the strategy and the commercial & operting model to engage potential distribution partners).

Requirements

Must have gained 1-3 years of work experience in a start-up or at a professional services firm (e.g., consulting, investment banking).
Must have led (owned) strategic projects with visible outcomes.
Must bring curiosity, analytical thinking, growth mindset, passion for sustainability and commercial acumen.
Fluent German language skills.
Academic background required.
